The hotel is located in Kazimierz, Krakow's old Jewish Quarter. Loved the charm of the exterior and surrounding area. It’s an experience staying in a historic location! Loved the size of the accommodation which consisted of three separate rooms, living room, bedroom and bathroom. There are many restaurants, cafes, convenience stores and shops within walking distance. Transportation easily accessible. The breakfast area was very nice, loved the atmosphere. Most of the reception personnel was nice, there was one person who was dry. Not everyone can have a friendly disposition I guess.

We were lucky and received one of the biggest suites for our stay, even though we read about the pretty small rooms beforehand. With the big suit we had a lot of room and even a balcony towards the backyard. It was really hot in Krakow at the time of our stay, so we really appreciated the AC. The breakfast buffet was good, typically international but also Polish. The location was perfect, inside the old Jewish quarter and not far from the Old City and castle. Everything was in walking distance.

The location of the hotel is great, as there are loads of decent restaurants and bars nearby and it's only a short walk to the old town. The room was spacious, with a kettle and plenty of complimentary tea and coffee. The staff were friendly and really helpful and the breakfast choices were excellent. On a couple of days, we headed off on excursions, prior to breakfast, but the hotel prepared a pack-up, with sandwiches, fruit and snacks, which were available for collection at reception.

Quaint, homely, old hotel. Adequate breakfast. Helpful staff. Room size was perfect. Bathroom and linens very clean and comfortable in the room. Bed itself was comfortable and aircon worked a treat. Convenient location in Kazimierz, beautiful little cobble stone streets around. Convenient tram stop a few blocks away taking you to the city centre and main train station. Plenty of restaurants around.
